Purchased but not yet shipped (Cancelled Order):

Refunds will be issued before shipment, but a 3% processing fee will be charged. (Please note the model and region for shipping availability before purchasing; click here for details.)

Electric Scooter/ATV/Electric Motorcycle Delivered (Unused):

Returns are not accepted after 15 days of receipt.

For returns, the scooter must be unused or minimally used, free of dirt, dust, or any odor, and in its original packaging and condition as received.

Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs for electric scooters/ATVs/Electric Motorcycles. We support return labels and courier pickup; please contact website staff for return shipping. Do not return the package yourself, as this cost will not be reimbursed.

A warehouse restocking fee of up to 10% will be charged. (This fee will be deducted from your refund.)

Exchanges

For exchanges, the electric scooter must be unused or show only minor signs of use, free of dirt, dust, or any odor, and in its original packaging and condition as received.

• We will charge a 10% restocking fee (deducted from your refund).

For non-quality issues, products cannot be exchanged after 15 days of receipt.

Used Goods

All used goods we ship are in 70% to 90% new condition. We do not accept returns of used goods except in cases of extreme damage/malfunction.

Customers must obtain TODIMART's approval for returns before they can be made. If a customer returns an item without TODIMART's approval, we will not issue a refund, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs or must abandon the return.

If your return request is approved and passes our inspection, you can choose to exchange the item, earn store points, or get a refund.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return label.

Please email support-scooter@todimart.com or message us on WhatsApp at +49 1575515 0279 as soon as possible after shipping the returned item, including the tracking number and paper label. Upon receiving the item, we will either exchange it or issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days. (If you paid by debit/credit card, the refund is expected to arrive within 14 business days.)

Refund Delays or Non-Arrival

If you have not received your refund 3 days after your request is approved, please check your PayPal/Klarna account again, as refunds may take some time to process. If you paid by debit/credit card, your refund is expected to be processed within 14 business days. Refunds typically require processing time to arrive. If you have completed all the above steps but still have not received your refund, please contact us by email.


Shipping Damage Claims

In rare cases, the goods you receive may be damaged during shipping. If shipping damage occurs, please contact us by email and provide photographic or video evidence.

Note: We do not accept shipping damage claims older than 7 days from the date of receipt.


Other After-Sales Solutions


For quality issues outside the scope of our return policy:

If the quality issue is not covered by the above return policy, repair or replacement will be the primary solution. Returns are generally not accepted after 15 days. If the customer insists on a return, we will charge a return fee of 20% of the original order amount plus return shipping costs.

Issues Not Caused by the Customer (Except for Quality Issues):

Non-quality related issues (e.g., delayed or incorrect shipments) generally do not qualify for returns. However, we will provide appropriate compensation to the customer.

For customers who wish to resolve quality issues themselves:

Customers choosing to handle quality issues themselves may be eligible for compensation.

Single item compensation options:

Accessories valued between €20 and €60.

Discounts up to €70.

For compensation exceeding the above amounts or special requests from customers, customer service personnel must obtain approval from their supervisor.

Return shipping costs:

Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs. TODIMART will cover all costs.

If the customer chooses the courier pickup service, we will arrange a one-day pickup time with the customer. The customer must wait at home for the courier to pick up the package and must pack it properly before pickup. If the first pickup fails due to reasons other than the courier's pickup time, a fee of €30 will be charged for the second pickup appointment, and so on.

Original packaging required

All returned items must be in their original packaging, free from wear, stains, and damage, and include all accessories (batteries, chargers, keys, etc.). If a customer returns the item in non-original packaging or affixes the return label to an unauthorized area, we will charge a €40 fee for the cardboard box and the improper label.

Customers should retain the original packaging.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

A: We strive to process all returns on the same day or the next business day after receiving them. Most debit or credit cards and PayPal accounts will show up in 3-14 business days (or on your next paper bill).

Q: How will I know if you have received my return?

A: TODIMART will notify you via your registered email address after processing your return.

Q: Does the return policy of todimart-scooter.com apply to items purchased from TODIMART motorcycle dealers? (e.g., other websites or independent local motorcycle/bike shops)

A: Each of our partner motorcycle/bike shops has its own return and exchange policy and process. TODIMART-SCOOTER does not accept returns for items purchased from bicycle/scooter stores. Please contact the store where you purchased the item for their return policy.
