Shipping Policy

Delivery Area (Free Shipping)

 

Electric Scooters, ATVs, Electric Motorcycles, etc. Delivery:

We currently offer free shipping to EU countries for electric scooters, electric motorcycles, and ATVs. (For island or remote areas, additional shipping fees may apply, which customers will need to pay separately.)

We generally use DHL, GLS, and DPD for scooter delivery. For local shipping within Italy, we use BRT.

Electric Scooter Accessories and Parts Delivery:

We currently offer free shipping to European countries and regions such as the United States for electric scooter accessories and parts. Generally, no additional shipping fees are charged for remote areas.

2. Delivery Time

Electric scooter in-stock orders usually ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends), unless otherwise stated on the product page. (In rare cases, we may not be able to ship within 5 days.)

For electric scooter in-stock orders, we will provide a tracking number within 2 business days. We will send a shipping confirmation email to your inbox after the order has shipped. DPD/GLS/DHL may take 1-3 days to scan your package. We cannot provide any additional logistics information or documents for any third-party logistics providers. Any estimated delivery date provided by TODIMART is an estimate.

For pre-orders/out-of-stock orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

Accessory/parts orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (no shipping on weekends). After a tracking number is generated, customers can check the tracking information in "My Orders." Delivery usually takes 6-15 days. In rare cases, accessories may experience delayed shipping; we generally provide minor compensation.

3. Changing the Shipping Address

Electric Scooter Orders:

Changing the address is free before providing a tracking number.

If a tracking number has already been generated, you need to contact customer service to check if the package has been delivered to DPD or DHL. If it hasn't been delivered, the original tracking number needs to be intercepted and deleted, and a new tracking number needs to be created. This will incur a handling fee of €10-€50 plus a re-creation fee.

If the electric scooter has already been shipped, but the customer needs to cancel or change the order, we cannot intercept the package and the customer must refuse delivery. Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after the scooter is returned to the warehouse. However, we will need to charge a shipping fee of approximately €10-€50.

If you request a change of address after your order has been shipped, we will apply to the corresponding logistics carrier, but we cannot guarantee 100% success. If the package is en route, please contact the corresponding logistics company directly for a faster and more efficient solution.

If the package ultimately arrives at the wrong delivery address (the address you filled in when placing the order), we are not responsible.

Electric scooter accessories and parts orders:

Changing the address is free of charge before providing a tracking number.

If a tracking number has already been generated, please contact customer service to confirm whether the package has been delivered to the logistics company. If not, we will need to intercept the package, delete the original tracking number, and re-create the tracking number. This will incur a 10% handling fee plus a re-creation fee.

If the package containing accessories or parts has already left the shipping location, but the customer needs to cancel or change the order, we cannot intercept the package, and it cannot be returned to the shipping location. We will not provide a refund, and the customer will need to repurchase (the time from order placement to leaving the shipping location is approximately 1-5 days).

If you request a change of address after your accessories or parts order has been shipped, you must request the address change before the package leaves the shipping location. We will submit the application to the corresponding logistics carrier, but we cannot guarantee 100% success. If your package is already on an airplane or en route to the state or country of your delivery address, we cannot change the address. Please contact the corresponding logistics company directly for a faster and more efficient solution. If you are unable to change the address, we will have to wait for the package to be returned to our overseas warehouse and resent, which will take approximately 6-30 days.

We are not responsible if your package ultimately arrives at the wrong delivery address (the address you provided when placing your order).

4. Order Cancellation

If your order is in transit and cannot be modified, you can refuse delivery. We will charge a 10% cancellation fee based on the scooter price.

5. Order Tracking

If you have registered an account on our website (todimart-scooter.com), you can track your orders and shipping information in your account. For more shipping information, please contact us on the website. We will reply to you within one business day.
